His Excellency, Mamadou Tangara Al-haji, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Gambia was invited to Institute for Information Industry(III) to better understand the development of Taiwan ICT industry on 11, Jan., 2011.. III also invited Casper Chang, CEO of Decision Group, to deliver a speech on the topic of National Security on Internet, and also the importance of network forensic technology.

“Internet is the most important communication tool in modern society,” said Casper Chang in this speech, “and there is 1.5B population on Internet worldwide. In Africa, there is also 110M Internet population.” Because it is anonymous, borderless, and low cost, Internet is also the bud bed for criminals to commit lot of cyber crimes. Decision Group invests a lot of money to develop an extensive solution to help government and enterprises against such emerging crimes. Within 2010, E- Detective network forensic system from Decision Group helped LEA of more than 30 countries to arrest 34,000+ cyber criminals and crash the largest cyber fraud group in greater China area.
