Fulfill Customer Request and Increase Customer Satisfaction in Japan Network Forensics Market

<From Taipei> In order to fulfill customer requirement and increase existing customer satisfaction in Japan market, Decision Group will promote its liaison office in Tokyo, Japan to subsidiary company, as the 7th branch office in the world. For the past 4 years, Decision Group liaison office Japan, under Mr. Chian-Hsiang Lin leading, developed a successful business with local partners in enterprise market.

There are lots of Japanese domestic standards and specific user behaviors for imported application software system to penetrate into this potential market. Just as the proverb said “Do as Roman does in Rome”, Decision Group invested lots of fund to customize its network forensic software in response to Japanese Industrial Standard and other local mandates. In order to gain Japanese potential customers trust, Decision Group also invited senior Japanese IT consultants to tailor E-Detective product series with Japanese user behavior, and makes all DG products fully localized for Japan market.

In Japan, demand of network forensic solution is very strong in enterprise market because of J-SOX, private data protection law released in the mid 2000s. Another potential demand is the employee cyber behavior management inside enterprise to prevent sexual harassment, seniority bullying, and blackmail in order to maintain a safe and comfortable office environment.

At this moment, Decision Group has several significant reference customers in Japan, and is still negotiating enterprise agreement with several Japanese large conglomerate groups. It is estimated that the forecast license revenue of E-Detective series will be around US$1.65M by the end of 2012, and the business will have 30% above compound growth rate for the next 3 years in Japan market.    

In response to such strong market demand, new Decision Group Japan office will locate in #707, Sec 15-1 Nanpeidai Town, Shibuya, Tokyo, and focus major business on Decision Group Network Forensic solutions by OEM/ODM model with local Japan partners, IT security and network forensic business development, network forensic consulting service, network forensic training programs and existing customer service.
