Transnational cybercrimes are rampant everywhere around the world due to rapid construction of ubiquitous broadband wireless telecom networks in most countries. Since there is great advanced progress in the fields of IT and telecommunication technologies in terms of hardware and software for the past ten years, people rely more and more on network and headend mobile device for linkage with outside world. There is bright side for the development of such telecom civilization in human history; there is also dark side with the indecent criminal plot by the mask of high tech cloak.

For updating frontend police officer with knowledge and skillset of latest cyber investigation, Decision Group cooperates with senior staff from IT department of Taiwan Central Police University and cyber investigators from Crime Investigation Bureau of Taiwan National Police Department, Ministry of Interior to provide a series of cybercrime investigation training programs.

In order to cover the complicated perspectives of cybercrime, this program can be divided into 3 layers:

1. Cybercrime investigation from the perspectives of real case study, legal prosecution process and practical skillset used in investigation
2. Cybercrime investigation from the nature of internet, traffic interception, data processing, intelligence analysis and valid criminal report with high admissibility
3. Practical training with useful and effective network forensic systems for data collection, analysis by link analysis and text mining

Normally the program is delivered totally within 14 working days. It can be also customized by the designated requirement of law enforcement agency and focus on one of the above topics by shorter period, say 3 to 5 days.

For the past 5 years, there were more than 100 police and intelligence officers from 18 countries of South Eastern Asia, Far East, Middle East, Africa and Latin America, who have taken this training program. Some of countries also send training delegation group year by year, and some even adopted this training program back as the standard one in the police on-job-training center of national police department.
